I fail. at coloring i just a newb :/ je excuse.
FACTS:Erm i took 
advice for using a bloom on the picture. so its not normal colors ^w^
is ma hoe who let me borrow her tablet <3 loves to her ;D its acutally purrty hard. and she owned me with her naruto drawing ._.
Programs used: Photoshop and photoscape. wacom tablet (finally i can say it ;])
